Got out of tractor/truck to clean windshield. Lifted hood on tractor. Climbed up on diver side tire to clean the windshield, foot slipped. Fell between the hood & bumper, stuck left rib cage.

HE DID NOTHAVE HIS PARK BRAKE SET, AND THE LOADER WAS STILL IN GEAR. THIS IS WHY IT DIDN'T START IMMEDIATELY.

EMPLOYEE SLIPPED ON ICE WHILE WORKING ON A 992 CAT LOADER. PULLED MUSCLE IN RIGHT LEG WHEN HE SLIPPED AND FELL ON THE DECK PART OF THE MACHINE.
