A power line contractor came by the maintenance planner's office and told him he noticed a gas pipeline leak near the auxillary stockpile area. MSHA was immediately called and the haul road near the leak was blocked to thru traffic. The pipeline was closed in and the pressure bled down. The haul road was re-opened at approx. 1:30 pm. Repairs completed at 6:00 pm 9/28/07.

Mostrando los 7O-ring ruptured in engine compartment of loader. Oil sprayed causing fire. Operator stopped loader / shut down using the e-stop. Fire subsided when operator exited cab. At the bottom of left stairway fire flashed burning employee's forearms and hands. Employee was treated and released from hospital and is on light duty. Machine damage was minor.

While getting in the cab of a buldozer, the employee was bitten by an insect on his left arm.
