WHEN HE INVESTIGATED HE FOUND DOZER IN THEHOLE. HE REQUESTED LOADOUT TO STOP. COAL COVERED DOZER. AT APPROX. 12:30PM DOZER PULLED OUT. VICTIM IN SEAT W/ BELT ON. RESUSCITATION FAILED.
