OPERATOR CUT LEG GOT 3 STITCHES USING SHARPENING STONE IT SLIPPED & STRUCK THIGH
WHILE USING COPPER CABLE CUTTERS ON 350 MCM 3 CONDUCTOR CABLE THE EMPLOYEE HAD ONE HAND ON THE HANDLE ON THE GROUND. THE OTHER HE WAS PUSHING DOWN ON WITH A LOT OF PRESSURE & THE HANDLE SLIPPE D. HE HIT HIS LEFT ABDOMEN AROUND HIS RIB CAGE.
