Employee was raising gyratory crusher door with electric wench. The cable broke; ee jumped to make sure he was clear of the cable and fell onto his back.

The metal access door for the gyratory crusher came loose and fell into the primary feeder. The door was cut into two pieces. One piece was successfully removed without incident. The second section of the door shifted as it was being lifted and smashed the employee's thumb.
