EMPLOYEES WERE IN THE PROCESS OF LOADING RR CARS.NORMAL PRACTICE OS TO LOAD AND WEIGH 5 CARS TO A SET.AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT,THERE WAS 1 SET OF CARS IN THE LOADING POSITION AND NEAR THE S CALES READY TO BE LOADED OUT.A LOADER WAS HOOKEDUP TO THE SET IN ORDER TO MOVE THEM ACROSS THE SCLAES TO BE WEIGHED.
