EE walking across parking lot and states right foot slid out from underneath EE and EE braced with EE's left foot to stop from falling. Bracing caused pain to left ankle, was sent to Urgent Care the following day. EE was put on light duty until EE could receive a follow up two weeks later. There was a break in the ankle and set to remain on light duty until end of September

Mechanic was helping another mechanic set up a boring machine on a loader when a centering cone placed on the loader fell off the loader and struck the mechanic in the head, causing a cut requiring 5 stitches.

Worker moving bronze bushing felt groin pain. Doctors review was inconclusive, then later determined to be hernia by another doctor. Worker was scheduled for and received surgery on December 27, and eligible to return to work immediately. Normal year end holiday work schedule was followed. Became Recordable Injury December 27 due to stitches.
mechanic working under loader chipped tooth on steering cylinder
Mechanic was hammering to crimp on a battery cable, missed and struck his thumb. After several days worker decided to go to doctor, where x-ray revealed a fracture to thumb. We received notification of fracture at this point (3/28), creating a recordable injury.
