A roof fall was found at Brk. 42 on 1 beltline, the fall was approx. 3 1/2' to 4' thick, approx. 25'x70'. Additional roof support of cribs and beams were put in affected area. All breaks around fall were checked, all test holes were checked and marked, no cracks on beltline were found.
A rock fall in old works area was found, it's location is Hog Mains, #5 entry, break 22. Ventilation was not effected and no persons were involved. This area was cribbed and dangered off.
A rock fall was found at the Small Block Bleeder, #3 entry, between Brk. 42-43, at 8:25 am. The fall was approx. 5' high x 20' wide x 60' long. Additional roof support has been added to the area.
