EE leaned out window to adjust direction of water cannon and felt pain in abdomen.

EE was shoveling from the portable plant and slipped and fell striking his chest against the steel frame.

EE was putting scrap iron in loader bucket and felt pull in abdomen.

Employee was trying to disassemble hose connections. Injury occurred while trying to loosen nuts with wrench & chrome bar.
