Employee was cutting metal with a side grinder with a cutting disk when it grabbed the metal and kicked back hitting employee in the upper thigh cutting leg requiring stitches.

Employee was using a cutting torch to cut a piece of pipe. The pipe shifted, knocking the torch toward employee's left hand and setting glove on fire. Employee suffered 1st degree burns on left thumb and hand.

Employee sat an excavator tooth on a handle of water cannon. Employee moved handle causing tooth to fall on top of head. Employee had removed hard hat for unknown reasons. Employee received a cut that required a couple of stitches.
