Employee was cutting metal with a side grinder with a cutting disk when it grabbed the metal and kicked back hitting employee in the upper thigh cutting leg requiring stitches.

Employee was using a cutting torch to cut a piece of pipe. The pipe shifted, knocking the torch toward employee's left hand and setting glove on fire. Employee suffered 1st degree burns on left thumb and hand.
