As they were hanging the tube in place, a rock fell from above the tube and struck employee on EE's right shoulder and upper leg / thigh area. Has swelling and bruising to EE's leg. No rules/regulations were violated and employee has training & experience.

On September 10th, 2025, a non-fatal accident occurred during the process of retreat mining on the 005-0 MMU. A rock struck a mobile roof support operator, which resulted in injuries to their lower leg areas.
