Somewhat of a fault area, sandstone roof inby fall and sandstone roof about 1 break outby fall.

Acting as miner helper, watching cable when section of rib fell off striking victim
Repairman has hand in access hole checking to see if linkage needed repair. While troubleshooting, he had operator steer car. When steered, lever caught arm and injured left wrist. Returned to work next day with minor scrape on left wrist.

Three men were lifting cable in order to hang it from the top. After hanging the cable 1.5 hours later EE said that he thought he had hurt his leg. He worked the rest of the shift and went home, called that night and went to the doctor the next morning.
Men were in the process of hanging cable so shuttle car could haul under it. EE's where holding up cable while another ee twisted wire around it in order to hold it up. He then left section and told another ee that he had strained his groin & that he was going home.
Employee was putting oil in CX2 scoop when he stood up striking head on top.
Employee called 3/14/11 to say he wouldn't be in. Called back on 3/15/11 to say he hurt his knee at the mine on 3/12/11, but didn't know how or where. Brought doctor's excuse on 3/17/11 and said he could report back to work 3/21/11. Called back 3/21/11 and said he had a torn ligament.
Employee was going to return airway to check on set of air lock doors. He did not check back in and was found unresponsive. No contributing factors, suspected heart attack.

EE was pulling cable from pinner to power box.
EE was lifting a tire out of a scoop bucket, his feet slipped causing the weight of the tire to shift straining his right arm.
Belt man was riding a four wheel buggy up #6 belt line when front wheel fell off. When wheel came off steering wheel kicked around and struck his hand.
EE was beginning to make a belt and power move, he was attaching hangers to side power center to hang the miner cable in once move begins and somehow he got shocked.
