Over-exertion (Not Elsewhere Classified)

Miner was picking up a piece of stone from the conveyor belt of a stone splitter. When EE grabbed the stone, the belt stopped and EE twisted right wrist.

Over-exertion in lifting objects

Employee was lifting 12"" cut stone and felt a pull in lower right abdominal area. The pain would not subside so employee was put on a smaller thin line machine.

Struck by falling object

Miner was carrying a piece of flag stone when the stone slipped out of left hand and fell on the tip of the middle finger of right hand.

Struck by flying object

Miner was using a hammer and chisel to break a piece of stone when a piece of steel from the chisel flew off and embedded in EE's leg.
