HE WAS CATCHING A STONE AND HE STEPPED INOT A GROOVE IN THE CEMENT. THIS CAUSED HIS ANKLE TO TWIST.

Employee was catching. When he grabbed another pallet, it slipped out of his hand and it scraped down the outside of his right ankle.

EE WAS CATCHING STONES AND STACKING THEM ONTO PALLETS. HE STEPPED ON A PIECE OF STONE AND TWISTED HIS ANKLE. DR DIAGNOSED A LATERAL ANKLE SPRAIN TO THE RIGHT LEG.

EE WAS DOING HIS NORMAL WORK ACTIVITIES, AND HE GOT SOMETHING IN HIS EYE & IT WASN'T GETTING ANY BETTER. HE WENT TO URGENT CARE AND HE HAD CORNEAL AND CONJUCTIVAL FOREIGN BODIES REMOVED FROM HIS EYE.

EE stepped on a stone and twisted his knee. it is sore and he just wants to make sure that it is o.k.
