was putting a stone on a pallet and his back went out.

EE WAS STACKING STONES ONTO A PALLET AND HE PINCHED HIS FINGER BETWEEN TWO STONES CAUSING HIS LEFT RING FINGER TO FRACTURE.

HE WAS CATCHING A STONE AND HE STEPPED INOT A GROOVE IN THE CEMENT. THIS CAUSED HIS ANKLE TO TWIST.

Employee was catching. When he grabbed another pallet, it slipped out of his hand and it scraped down the outside of his right ankle.

EE WAS CATCHING STONES AND STACKING THEM ONTO PALLETS. HE STEPPED ON A PIECE OF STONE AND TWISTED HIS ANKLE. DR DIAGNOSED A LATERAL ANKLE SPRAIN TO THE RIGHT LEG.

Employee was stacking stones onto a pallet and he pinched his finger in between two stones. Causing his left ring finger to fracture.

Was picking up a stone and when he placed it onto a pallet the stone edge caught his left thumb. He has a laceration to his left thumb.

Was carrying a stone and he jarred his back. He had mid/low back pain. Was diagnosed with mid/low back strain.

Was stacking stone & he felt a pop in his lower back. He was lifting when it happened. He was diagnosed with a lumbar strain--lower back.

WAS MOVING STONES ONTO PALLETS, AND HE GOT HIS FINGER CAUGHT BETWEEN TWO STONES. 4TH FINGER ON HIS LEFT HAND. THE DR. CALLED IT A CRUSH INJURY\LACERATION.

WAS STACKING STONES ONTO A PALLET AND ONE FELL ON HIS FINGER. DR DIAGNOSED A CRUSH INJURY. FINGER LACERATION & DISTAL FRACTURE.

DANIEL WAS SPLITTING A STONE AND HE HIT HIS LEFT KNUCKLE WITH THE HAMMER. DR DIAGNOSED A CONTUSION/LACERATION TO HAND.

EE was stacking and palletizing stone and one dropped off and hit his right ring finger.

Employee was cutting some steps and half of the stone fell onto the top of his left thigh.

He hit his left hand index finger with a hammer, while splitting a stone.

He was catching stone, and when he finished moving a big stone... he felt a pain in his lower mid-back.

Alberto was stacking stones and a stone fell on top of another stone and his finger got between them. Right pinky finger. Open Fracture.

EE WAS SANDBLASTING AND ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WAS MOVING A TUB OF STONE AND HIT HIS IN THE HIP AND SHOULDER. DR DIAGNOSIS STRAIN AND ABRASION.

EE WAS DOING HIS NORMAL WORK ACTIVITIES, AND HE GOT SOMETHING IN HIS EYE & IT WASN'T GETTING ANY BETTER. HE WENT TO URGENT CARE AND HE HAD CORNEAL AND CONJUCTIVAL FOREIGN BODIES REMOVED FROM HIS EYE.

EE stepped on a stone and twisted his knee. it is sore and he just wants to make sure that it is o.k.

EE was stacking a stone onto a pallet and the sharp edge of the rock cut his right forearm.
