Employee experienced strain in lower back after the front end of his grader was struck by a haul truck.
While working at the tankhouse, the EW Operator experienced muscle cramps, dry mouth and was treated for dehydration.

On 10-1-2008 employee complained that the mine road hurt his back to drive on it. He was taken to the clinic and put on light duty for two weeks for a low back strain.
Employee was working on the 2410 portable conveyor, and was in the process of removing the soft start panel from the electrical cabinet. When he attempted to remove the soft start his hand was pinched between it and the cabinet frame.

Employee was helping replace the liners in the secondary crusher on Saturday 9/13/08 between 8 & 9 pm when he believes something entered his eye. He never thought any mre about it until Sunday morning. He was not welding/grinding or cutting when something entered his eye.
While performing visual inspections at the Agglomerators, the mechanic got a foreign object in his left eye.
