5C-WHEN XCUT, CUT THRU FROM #2 TO #1 TOP POTTED OUT BETWEEN BOARDS. SNOP TOP AREA. AT THIS TIME BOLTS AND BOARDS WERE STILL HOLDING ON 2-29-84. WHEN CORNER WAS TURNED INTERSECTION FELL OUT ABO VE 5 FT BOLTS. FALL WAS APPROX 18 FT LONG-10 FT WIDE AND 5 FT HIGH.
