Struck against a moving object

Employee was pulling a stump out of the ground, when the bucket slid off the stump, made seat bottom out and jerked employee's lower back. Employee did not miss any work until 12/15/2020.

Fall onto or against objects

Employee was steam cleaning a D11R Dozer, when they slipped, fell and hit left knee on the dozers' blade stabilizer bar. Employee did not miss any work until 9-11-2020.

Over-exertion (Not Elsewhere Classified)

Employee was exiting Mechanic's Truck when employee slipped on step while getting out of truck and pulled something in back. Doctor said employee had a strained muscle.

Struck by flying object

Employee was changing screens in cyclone drain, when they rinsed the screen, magnatite and fine coal splashed in face getting into left eye. Went to Doctor, said they had scratched left eye.
