Employee was exiting Mechanic's Truck when employee slipped on step while getting out of truck and pulled something in back. Doctor said employee had a strained muscle.

Employee was exiting D11 Dozer when they stepped on push arm step which had frozen mud on it, their foot slipped and they fell to ground hurting right shoulder and knee.

Employee was helping set a head motor in miner, when ee put hand under motor to hook chain to it, the motor set down on left hand.

Struck against stationary object

Employee was making a handle for a tool box, as ee was bending a piece of metal, hand slipped and the metal stuck in left hand, went to Harlan ARH ER and got (7) stitches.
