THE PLAN WAS THAT I.NAME WOULD UNCOUPLE DRILL STEEL AND MOVE DRILL TO LEVEL GROUND WHILE INJURED WENT TO HIS SERVICE TRUCK FOR REQUIRED TOOLS. I.NAME STARTED DRILL AND INJURED WALKED ON OPERAT OR SIDE OF DRILL TOWARD HIS TRUCK. BECAUSE OF LOW HYDRAULIC PRESSURE DUE TO BROKEN HOSE, IT TOOK HIM APPROX. 2 MINS TO BREAK STEEL.
