A FATAL ACCIDENT OCCURED WHEN A MINER ATTEMPTING TO EXCAVATE MATERIAL IN A WA900 FRONT END LOADER WAS STRUCK BY A ROCK THAT ROLLED DOWN THE ANGLE REPOSE.
