Investigator narrative
Employee had a 2"" high pressure water line blow out. Pressure of the water pushed him over handrail, causing him to fall 34 feet. Employee landed on an electrical tray, then rolled off, falling to the ground. **EE was hospitalized multiple times due to his injuries and he died on July 26, 2012**
