EE WAS FATALLY INJURED.HE WAS CAUGHT IN THE 1ST RETURN IDLER AFTER THE HEAD PULLEY OF THE PRODUCT BELT UNDER THE SAND SCREEN. HIS SHOVEL WAS FOUND ON THE OTHER SIDE OF RET ROLLER & IDLER, HIS HARD HAT WAS FOUND WEDGED IN THE CONVEYOR FRAME OF THE PULLEY SIDE OF RET IDLER.
