THE EE WAS ON ONE KNEE MAKING AN AIR HOSE CONNECTION. A OPERATOR, OPERATING A 3.5 YD SCOOP ENTERED THE WORK AREA STRIKING THE EE WITH THE BUCKETCAUSING FATAL INJURIES.
