EMPLOYEE FELL FROM THE TOP OF THE WASH PLANT, FALLING FACE FIRST. WEATHER CONDITIONS WERE ICY, VERY WINDY & COLD. THERE WERE NO WITNESSES - EMPLOYEE APPARENTLY LOST FOOTING, SLIPPED & FELL.
