Investigator narrative
A truck driver loaded the 1984 Ford LT9000 truck, then proceeded down the access road and then for some unknown reason, he got out or left the cab of the truck which therefore led to bodily injury and death (fatality) to himself approximately 100 feet from bottom of hill.
