EMPLOYEE FELL APPROX 65 FT FROM LIFT BASKET HELD BY CRANE. HE WAS NOT WEARING SAFETY HARNESS. HE WAS REACHING FOR A BUCKET OF WATER HANDED UP FROM BELOW. WORKING ON A TAILINGS RELOCATION PROJE CT AT OLD QUARRY AT VOCA WEST.
