Investigator narrative
While cleaning raw coal material from on top of the locked out Raw Coal Stacking Conveyor, the Miner was standing on the conveyor ahead of the conveyor feed chute. The belt and material moved backwards, sweeping the Miner into the chute and covered Miner with material.

    At the time of filing it is believed the miner was riding on the back of a railcar when the railcar derailed and pinned the miner between the railcar and a nearby structure. The miner was transported to a medical facility where EE died the following day.
