Investigator narrative
Truck Driver/Customer(350 pounds plus)lost his balance & fell down stairs (older man who just got off light duty work status for his company. Still dealing with high blood pressure.) He was hospitalized and transferred to a rehabilitation center where he died on May 10, 2008.
