DRIVER WAS ON TOP OF THE TRUCK BED REMOVING SLATE ROCK FROM THE COAL. SOMETHING HAPPENED CAUSINGTHE DRIVER TO FALL FROM THE TRUCK LANDING ON HISHEAD.
