BEAMS AT INTERSECTION FELL DROPPING BEAM ONTO MOTOR CAUSING IT TO ENTER MOTOR DECK WHERE EE WAS SITTING DRIVING MOTOR GOING INTO BODY CAUSING DEATH AFTER A SHORT TIME.
