EMPLOYEE ENTERED SUBSTATION TO DETERMINE WHAT WORK WILL BE REQUIRED TO REMOVE THE TRANSFORMER. HE CLIMBED THE TRANSFORMER TO LOOK AT TOP WHEN HE CAME IN CONTACT WITH LINE.
