BRUCE LINDSAY WAS TROUBLE SHOOTING IN PANEL OF LONGWALL #1 STAGE LOADER WHEN HE CAME IN CONTACT WITH 990 VOLTS CAUSING DEATH. THIS WAS IN THE 40TH NORTH OFF OF 16TH EAST.
