SUPPOSED TO BE PATROLLING MINE PROPERTY,DISCOVERED DEAD 7 X-CUTS FROM SURFACE NEAR A DEWATERING PUMP.FOUND SUBMERGED IN 24\\ WATER WITH 440 VOLT POWER CONDUCTOR IN HAND.ENTIRE CABLE WAS REPORT EDLY BURNED TO PALM OF HAND.
