MINER OPERATOR WAS BACKING OUT OF NO. 3 FACE. MR. WILBER SAWYERS AND HIS IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR MR. AARON SAWYERS WERE TIMBERING THE IMMEDIATE FACE AREA. A LARGE SLIP IN THE ROOF FELL AND FATALL Y INJURED MR. WILBER SAWYERS.
