WHILE REPAIRING A 50T OFFHIGHWAY TRUCK, WORKING UNDER THE RAISED AND BLOCKED BED, THE BLOCKS KICKED OUT, AND THE BED FELL SUDDENLY AFTER THREE HOURS OF STABILITY, CRUSHING EMPLOYEE INSTANTLY, FRACTURING SKULL AND CAUSING OTHER MULTIPLE FRACTURES.
