EMPLOYEE LOWERED HIMSELF BY ROPE INTO A LEACH TANK IN AN APPARENT ATTEMPT TO RETRIEVE AN UNKNOWN OBJECT, POSSIBLY A HAND HAT OR MEASURING STICK AND IS BELIEVED TO HAVE DIED FROM ASPHYXIATION.
