OPERATING DRILL BY RAISING MAST TO ACCOMMODATEFOR REPAIRS TO LEAKING HYDRAULIC CYLINDER LOCATED IN MAST.MAST WAS IN 80 DEG. RAISE POSITION WHEN BODY FOUND.ONE LINE WAS BROKEN AND LIE ON GROUND ONE TELEPHONE LINE STILL IN CONTACT WITH MAST.VICTIM WAS (HAD BEEN) STANDING ON GROUND AND OPERATING CONTROLS.
