EMPLOYEE WAS LOOKING UNDER THE MAN-LIFT PLATFORM (WHICH WAS NOT RUNNING) SOMEONE AT ANOTHER FLOOR LEVEL TURNED THE MAN-LIFT ON. THUS, EMPLOYEE WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN THE PLATFORM AND THE MAN-LIFT STEP. BROKEN RIBS RIGHT & LEFT SIDE; COLLAPSED RIGHT LUNG, PARTIALLY COLLAPSED LEFT LUNG; CHIPPED 1 VERTEBRE IN BACK: 2 BONES BROKEN IN RIGHT SHOULDER.
