THE HAULAGE BELT HAD GONE DOWN SO PRODUCTION WAS STOPPED AND ALL EMPLOYEES WERE PULLED FROM THE MINE, EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE SHAFT TO THE OUTSIDE WHEN HE SUFFERED A CORONA RY THROMBOSIS, RESULTING IN DEATH AT 3:00 A.M. ON MARCH 2, 1984
