I NAME ENTERED A WINZE JOING FROM THE 200 FT LEVEL TO THE B25 VIR A CHAIN LADDER. AFTER THE DECENT HE STARTED BACK UP AND WAS EXSPERCING SOME FSOR OF DEFFICULTY HE APPARENTLY PASSED OUT PRIOR TO REACHING TO TOP OF THE LADDER AND FELL BACKWARDS ABOUT 13 FT SUPPEQENT RESCUE EFFORT FOUND KIM DEAD AND DID NOT RETUR THE BODY.
