EMPLOYEE WAS DRIVING A BELT UTILITY VECHICLE DOWN NO. 10 SLOPE IN OUR UNDERGROUND OPERATION. THE DRIVER WAS APPARENTLY DISTRACTED AND THE VEHICLE STRUCK THE PILLAR AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SLOPE. ALTHOUGH THE TOXICOLOGY REPORTS HAVE NOT BEEN FINALIZED, WE HAVE RECEIVED VERBAL INFORMATION FROM THE STATE MEDICAL INVESTIGATOR OFFICE THAT THIS INDIVIDUAL MAY BEVE BEEN UNDER THE I NFLUENCED
