EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING TO REPLACE A BEARING ON THE TAKE-UP PULLEY ON CONVEYOR ELEVEN. HE FELL APPROX 45\ TO THE GROUND FROM THE CATWALK SIDE OF THE CONVEYOR. NO ONE ACTUALLY SAW HIM FALL UNTIL T HEY HEARD HIM YELL ON THE WAY DOWN. THE MIDDLE HANDRAIL WELD WAS BROKEN
