THE VICTIM WAS CLEANING OUT THE SPILL FROM BENEATH THE CONVEYOR BELTS. HE WAS USING A 1976 FORD FARM TRACTOR WITH A BLADE ATTACHED TO THE BACK OF IT. WHILE CLEANING THE SPILL, HE BACKED THE TR ACTOR UNDER A TRAILER FRAME WHICH WAS HOUSING THE CANICA IMPACT CRUSHER WHICH CAUSED HIM TO BE HIT BY THE I BEAM. THE IMPACT THREW THE VICTIM OVER THE TRACTOR AND CAUSED HIM TO BECOME WEDGED

EE and another employee were pulling the engine and removing nose cone on the radiator. EE was on the bottom under the 992g wheel loader. The other employee was on top of the machine. EE was taking the radiator nose off, accidentally took bolts out of counter weights and it fell on EE. Resulting in a fatality.
