EMPLOYEE WAS TRAVELING ALONG A HAULAGE ROAD THAT WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION WHEN THE OUTER EDGE WAUYXX GAVE WAY CAUSING EMPLOYEES TRUCK TO SLIP OVER EMBANKMENT. EMPLOYEE WAS THROWN FROM AND CAUGHT UNDER THE TRUCK
