VICTIM WAS OPERATING A BM600 MAC TRUCK LOADED WITH APPROX 25 TONS OF COAL WHEN FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON HE LOST CONTROL OF THE TRUCK TRUCK TRAVELED OVER AN EMBANKMENT CRUSHING THE VICTIM THER WERE NO EYEWITNESSES TO THE ACCIDENT VICTIM WAS NOT FOUND UNTIL 08 10 84 AT 700 AM AT THIS TIME THE CAUSE OF ACCIDNET CANNOT BE DETERMINED
