UNCHARTED WORKINGS WHICH WERE FLOODED WITH WATER BROKE INTO #12 CHUTE THIS CARRIED ITS VICTIM APPROX 250 FT DOWN THE CHUTEB WITH MINE TIMBER ROCKS COAL AND DEBRIS VERY MUCH FORCE THEN IT WASH ED HIM APPROX 100 FT OUT THE GANGWAY TO WHERE HIS BODY WAS FOUND THE GANGWAY HAD APPROX 120 ONS TO COAL ROCK ETC WASHED INTO IT
