MOVING LOCOMOTIVE TRAVELING NORTH AT APPROX. 3-4 MPH. AN EYE WITNESS STATED HE WAS HOLDING A WALKIE-TALKIE RADIO (JOB RELATED) UP TO HIS RIGHT EAR AT THE TIME OF IMPACT. HE WAS HIT, BOUNCED UP WARD APPROX. THREE FEET, FELL, AND WAS ROLLED UNDER THE TRAIN.
