EMPL HELPING REPLACE FINISH MILL SEPARATOR LINER PLATES IN FINISH MILL ROOM.EMPL ON 1ST LEVEL OF MILL HOOKING UP NEW LINER PLATE.OLD LINER PLATE HAD BEEN REMOVED FROM SEPARATOR AND STACKED ON TOP OF SEPARATOR.ONE PLATE FELL 40\ STRIKING EMPL IN THE BACK OF HIS HEAD.
