2 EES ENTERED MINUS 1" STORAGE BIN FROM THE TOP TO DISLODGE A HANGUP OF BRIDGED MATERIALS. THERE WERE NO WITNESSES TO T HE ACCIDENT. THE MATERIALS COLLAPSED ENGULFING BOTH EES. THE BIN WAS NOT COVERED & WAS EXPOSED TO EXTREME COLD & SNOW CONDITIONS.
